Any successful fundraising initiative requires a bold vision and strong case materials that accurately describe the what, how, why and how much; however, strong volunteer leaders and lead donors are differentiating ingredients in achieving fundraising success and strategically convening potential leaders in the case development process can inform both the case itself and help shape the initiative and results.
