D-2 Pivoting in the Middle of a Capital Campaign

Pivot is perhaps the most overused word of 2020. But pivoting a failing capital campaign created an opportunity for a small 7-12 school with dwindling fundraising outcomes to successfully pivot a capital campaign to a campaign that is allowing the school to increase tuition dollars, increase discounts, double the endowment and build a culture of philanthropy that sets the school for success when it’s ready to raise money for buildings.
