DD-1 New Heads of School Roundtable (by invitation)

The first year of headship in a boarding school combines exhileration, intensity, and meaning. TABS Heads of School that are new to headship or new to headship in boarding school in 2020 and 2021 are invited to gather for a day of community, sharing, and hearing from seasoned heads of school about key topics ranging from governance to strategic planning to leadership to family dynamics.
