Enrollment Data Is the New Oil: When it’s Refined It Has Value
Boarding school enrollment leaders understand the value of data in forecasting and decision making. Tried and true metrics such as yield, attrition, and discount rate are just three data points enrollment leaders monitor carefully and report out regularly. But to have a transformative impact on enrollment we must consider additional sources of data and examine the process whereby we refine that data into insights. This high-level session will outline questions schools should ask to determine their data health and suggest ways to gain valuable business intelligence.
